Ive purchased all of the lessons before and I dont want to re-buy them...yet I cant figure out how to redeem the lessons

Update: Finally they fixed it with the update. Now you can download he lessons and play them in offline mode. I like how you can now just download the audio and notes too. Finally a usable app. Old review: Downloaded the videos (2.5GB used) and I cannot watch the videos while offline. Whats the point of downloading if I need Internet connection to watch?? App will not load videos if there is no internet connection. Please fix this ridiculous requirement!! Dont download this till they fix it!

I loved this app and supported it by buying all if the lessons, but after the recent update, I have to redownload everything! It takes 10+ minutes per video, and I have A LOT of purchased lessons. I am not happy! Nor do I have time to download them all again!! Please fix this as soon as possible!!

Jenny is a great teacher. This is the introductory stuff I was looking for. The other teachers are not as good in my opinion. I bought other stuff that was much less helpful.

I will spend 2.5 months in Seoul soon and want a basic understanding of the alphabet in order to be able to "read" street signs, or at least to be able to identify the characters so I can find my way around. A week ago I downloaded the first group of paid lessons and every day I spend 15 minutes going through them. I may not make it through all of the courses but Im confident I will learn the alphabet quickly, and a bonus is that I am already learning good pronunciation. The instructor is very clear and I really like the option to download the notes separately from the videos, as I can review the vowels or other letters while I am waiting in line or on hold on the phone. My only complaint is that the files cant be downloaded in the background while I go to other apps. If Im in the middle of downloading a video file (for offline viewing) and I click to check an email or another app, the download stops. At the very least it should pause so I dont have to begin anew. I am in Africa with a very slow Internet connection, so this is a problem for me.

I already bought step 1 introduction videos with jenny for $1.99 but once i had to uninstall this app and reinstall it, they wanted me to pay for it again. I want what i paid for the money was already taken out of my account, please fix this.

I got this app for my daughter who wanted to learn to speak Korean. She found inappropriate adult movies on this app. I am very disappointed.

The videos lessons are great until the app wont open, or connect to the network!!

This app did really help me get a grasp on basic korean, I already had gone through the introductory course which helped me Allot to understand the writing system of Hangul. I am at the end of step two, but now I cannot open the app? Could someone please explain why i cant open it? I already invested 20$ in this app.

You can learn alot from this app and you can also download the notes on the lesson instead of watching the video again

Videos do not download. App not working as of 01/17/2015 on iOS 8

I got this app to learn how to speak Korean since this was the only won I found that had grammar, how the language works and so forth while all the other apps just had straight translations that didnt help me understand the language. Every time I try to start a video it just loads for ever and never plays. I cant download the video, the notes, or anything else. This App needs to be fixed. The only reason I keep it is because it has funny Korean movies.
